1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of platforms operated by FanArc Studio (“FanArc”), including the Slipstream application and any related digital products (the “Platform”).

These Terms apply to all registered users of the Platform. By registering for and using the Platform, the platform user agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are legally permitted to participate in such digital experiences within their jurisdiction.

FanArc reserves the right to restrict or suspend access where required to comply with applicable laws or to protect the integrity of the Platform.

3. Nature of the Platform

The Platform is a free-to-play, skill-based fan engagement environment designed for entertainment purposes.

Participation involves the submission of predictions and interaction with platform features based on individual knowledge, judgment, and interpretation of sporting events.

As a free-to-play environment, the Platform does not constitute gambling.

4. User Accounts

Access to the Platform is restricted to registered users. Upon successful registration and login, the platform user is solely responsible for all activity conducted through their account.

FanArc reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or activity that compromises the integrity of the Platform.

5. Participation and Competition Rules

Participation in Platform activities is governed by the following:

5.1 Submission of Predictions

Predictions must be submitted prior to the applicable deadline for each event. Once the deadline has passed, submissions may not be modified.

5.2 Event Timelines

Participation windows, including opening and closing times, are defined within the Platform. Predictions for an event will close prior to the commencement of that event.

5.3 Scoring and Results

Predictions are evaluated based on the official results of the relevant sporting event.

Scoring is processed within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of the event. All scores, rankings, and leaderboard outcomes are final once published.

5.4 Integrity of Participation

FanArc reserves the right to review, adjust, or remove participation results where necessary to preserve fairness and the integrity of the Platform.

6. Rewards and Incentives

The Platform may present rewards, incentives, or promotional offers in partnership with third-party brands.

FanArc’s responsibility is limited to the presentation of valid reward vouchers or offers within the Platform.

Fulfilment, redemption, and delivery of rewards are managed by the relevant third-party partners and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

FanArc does not guarantee the availability, quality, or fulfilment of rewards and shall not be liable for any issues arising from third-party fulfilment.

7. Acceptable Use

The platform user shall not engage in any conduct that:

  • Compromises the fairness or intended operation of the Platform

  • Interferes with the experience of other users

  • Exploits vulnerabilities or unintended platform behaviour

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

FanArc reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access, where such conduct is identified.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including its design, content, and underlying systems, are owned by FanArc Studio.

The Platform and its components may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used without prior written consent from FanArc.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FanArc shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with:

  • Use of the Platform

  • Interruptions, delays, or technical issues

  • Inaccuracies in third-party data or event results

  • The unavailability or fulfilment of rewards

Use of the Platform is undertaken at the platform user’s own risk.

10. Privacy

Use of the Platform is subject to the FanArc Privacy Policy, which sets out how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

11. Changes to Terms

FanArc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
